Como se que este período se va a hacer muy abultado, en vez de hacer una distinción entre 1920-1970 y 1971 a la actualidad, vamos a tomar estos 20 años a continuación, sin duda una época increíble del cine mundial, con el Hollywood de Spielberg, Lucas, Coppola, Scorsese, De Palma y tantos otros, pero también la aparición del Cine Italiano en forma del Spaghetti Western y el Giallo, del cine arte Europeo cargado de erotismo con directores como Roeg, Bertolucci, Brass, etc.
